In short: FrameFluss does not collect, transmit or sell your personal data. Your projects, frames, recordings and exports stay on your device. There is no account to create, no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising in this release.
This policy explains how the FrameFluss Android application ("FrameFluss", "the app") handles information. FrameFluss is published by LemonSolo ("we", "us"). It applies to the app distributed through Google Play under the package name com.framefluss.camera.
1. Data we collect
We collect no personal data through the app. FrameFluss has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no server that receives your content. We do not build a profile of you, and we have no ability to identify individual users.
Specifically, FrameFluss contains no analytics SDK,no crash-reporting SDK, no advertising SDK, and does not read your Android Advertising ID.
2. Permissions and why they exist
Each permission below is used only for the feature described, on your device, at the moment you use that feature — with one exception, noted in the table, that is declared but unused in this release.

3. Where your content is stored
Projects, captured frames, video clips, audio layers, titles and rendered exports are written to app storage on your own device, under the app's private and app-specific external directories. They are not uploaded anywhere.
If you choose to export to your gallery or share an export, that file goes wherever you send it — that action is under your control and this policy does not govern the app or service you share it with.
Android Auto Backup
Android may include a limited amount of FrameFluss app data in the automatic device backup associated with your Google account. This is a platform feature between you and Google; we do not receive, hold or have access to those backups. You can turn it off in your device's system backup settings.
4. In-app feedback
FrameFluss has an optional Feedback screen. Nothing is sent unless you write a message and submit it yourself.
In the current release the app has no feedback endpoint configured, so submitting feedback opens your device's share sheet and you choose which app sends it — meaning the message goes directly from you to us, on your terms. If a direct endpoint is enabled in a future release, the message you typed, plus an optional and clearly-labelled technical diagnostic summary that contains no personal identifiers, would be sent to us and this policy would be updated before that release ships.
5. Advertising and payments
This release contains no advertising and no advertising identifiers are read. If advertising or paid features are introduced in a future version, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before that version is released, and we will describe exactly what the ad or payment provider receives.
6. Data collected by Google Play
Google Play collects certain information when you download, install or update any app, and provides us with anonymous, aggregated statistics such as install counts and crash rates on the Play Console. We cannot identify you from these. This processing is governed byGoogle's Privacy Policy, not by us.
7. Children
FrameFluss is a general-audience creative tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because we do not collect personal information from anyone.
8. Deleting your data
There is no account to delete, because there is no account. To remove everything FrameFluss holds:
- Delete individual projects from within the app, or clear the app's data from Android Settings, then
- Uninstall the app, which removes its private storage, and
- Delete any exports you saved to your gallery or shared elsewhere, which live outside the app.
To have a message you sent us through this website deleted, emailsupport@lemonsolo.com and we will delete it.
9. This website
If you use the contact form on lemonsolo.com, we receive the name, email address, category and message you type, so that we can reply. We use it for nothing else, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it. It is stored so we can keep track of open support requests, and deleted on request.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical request data such as IP addresses in its network logs for security and abuse prevention. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA that does not track you across sites. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the EU/UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data held about you, and to complain to your data protection authority.
For the app, there is nothing to exercise these rights against, because we hold no personal data from it. For anything you sent us through the contact form or by email, write tosupport@lemonsolo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how FrameFluss handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above, and we will publish the change herebefore the release that makes it. Material changes will also be noted in the Play Store release notes.
